What is an “S Helper”?
An S Helper allows you to feel the freedom to add a little more carbs in your meal for pleasure’s sake without going as far as crossing over (Crossover). If you are just beginning the THM food plan and have quite a bit of weight to loose, I would suggest sticking with S and E meals for now before indulging in S Helpers. Believe me, you will loose weight. Once you start to see progress, jump in to S Helpers. Remember, it may slow you down a little bit, but it shouldn’t make you gain weight. Back off a little on “S Helpers” if you want to see more progress at a faster pace.
