A Crossover meal is when you eat an S and an E in the same meal. It mixes carbs with fats so weight loss does not occur. But according to the THM book, it is designed to ensure you never spike your blood sugar too high! So once you reach your goal weight, you can start implementing crossover meals! You will need to do this because your metabolism will be a “burning furnace” and will need good fuel to maintain (so you don’t get too skinny!).
Please remember though once again, protein is your main ingredient!
