Vanilla Milkshake with Chocolate Sauce

Just can’t beat this for a snack or dessert treat. Love it with the chocolate sauce drizzle!! If you don’t add the heavy cream (which makes it an S) then this drink/snack would be an FP. Yep, crazy to think that even adding the chocolate sauce it keeps a skinny drink profile!

Samoa Shake with Choc Sauce

Vanilla Milkshake with Chocolate Sauce ~ S or FP
Serves: 1
  • ¼ Cup Cottage Cheese (I use 1% or 2%)
  • ¼ (plus a little more if needed to blend well) Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 TBS Heavy Cream (Optional – this makes it an S)
  • ⅛ tsp. Caramel Extract or Vanilla Extract
  • ½ Scoop Swansons Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 3 Packets Truvia (equal to 3 tsp. Truvia)
  • 8-10 Ice Cubes of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (always have on hand in my freezer☺)
  1. Mix cottage cheese, almond milk, cream, extract, protein powder and Truvia in a blender.
  2. Next add the almond milk ice cubes and blend.
  3. Pour in a glass and drizzle with chocolate suace.

      In liquid form, yes! Plus a little more if it’s not mixing well in your blender if you’re just making 1 serving.
