Skinny Chocolate II

The reason for a second recipe of Skinny Chocolate is to change up the sweeteners. I know some people have problems with Xylitol (hurts their tummy), plus Xylitol isn’t zero calorie. So here’s a great recipe with diversified sweeteners! I really like making it this way. Check out my brands of ingredients and where I buy to save!

Skinny Chocolate II
Serves: About 35-40 Little Muffin Liners
  • 1 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 12 Packets Truvia, Ground
  • 4 TBS Xylitol, Ground
  • 4 Tiny Scoops of Now Better Stevia Extract Powder
  • Teeny Pinch of Salt
  • ½ Cup 100% Cocoa Powder
  1. Please do NOT heat your coconut oil. If it's solid, microwave it for NO MORE than 7 seconds. I promise, you don't want your coconut oil to be even slightly warm. You want it to be just liquid.
  2. Grind packets of Truvia, then whisk into coconut oil.
  3. Grind Xylitol, then whisk into coconut oil.
  4. Add salt, Now Better Stevia and cocoa powder and whisk until combined.
  5. Pour in mini baking cups or molds and freeze for about 30 min - 1 hr
  6. Store in fridge.
  7. YUM! 🙂
You can half this recipe if you don't want to make so much.
