– Mini Paper Muffin Liners: I buy 350 count for around $3 at Walmart.

**NOTE: For the sweeteners, I like to diversify for both the taste as well as the amount used to save on costs. But you can also experiment with other sweeteners too! Trim Healthy Mama sweeteners go on sale quite often so be sure to check them out as well!

Reese's Center Candies ~ S
Recipe type: Dessert
  • ¼ cup unrefined coconut oil
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • (If you don't like the coconut taste, you can use refined coconut oil)
  • ½ cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp. salt or a tad bit less
  • ½ tsp. Now Better Stevia
  • ½ cup Xylitol
  • 14 to 20 packets of Truvia (depending on how sweet you want it)
  • Mini Muffin Liners
  1. Grind the Truvia and Xylitol in a coffee grinder
  2. Place about 20 mini individual muffin liners on a baking sheet (I buy 350 count for around $3 at Walmart.)
  3. In a saucepan, melt coconut oil, butter and peanut butter and stir until melted.
  4. Stir in vanilla, salt and sweetener and stir until combined.
  5. Pour liquid into little muffin liners and place in freezer
  6. After frozen, move to fridge. They taste even better after a few days in the fridge!
