Peanut Butter Fudge or Frosting

To compliment my Chocolate Fudge Recipe, I love to top it with this sweet n’ creamy Peanut Butter Fudge! This can also be a great frosting as well!

Start out by melting your butter and cream cheese in a small pot. Stir well.

Next grind your sweetener and add to the butter mixture. Then add vanilla, unsweetened almond milk and peanut butter. Mix well. Then stir in the Peanut Plus Protein Powder. I use this kind! (New to Vitacost? Sign up here and get $10 off your order!)

Take off heat and let cool for a few minutes, if adding xylitol. If the mixture is too hot when adding xylitol, the xylitol could harden up.

Grind xylitol, then pour peanut butter mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add xylitol and mix with a handheld mixer until creamy.

Pour into a glass bowl or 9×9 and refrigerate until solid/smooth.
