Mrs. C’s Turtle Cheese Cake Bars

YEP. This is DIET food. TOUGH life aye? Pshhhh 😉 Love love love love love love this dessert! I couldn’t wait last night to let this dessert chill in the fridge so this is a picture of this dessert while it’s still slightly warm. It’s actually twice as good chilled! If that’s even possible.

Updated photo! Here's a picture of this amazing dessert when it's chilled! I made the caramel sauce and kept it separate so I could drizzle as much as I wanted on each individual piece! Soooooooo yummy!

Thank you Mrs. Criddle of Mrs. Criddle’s Kitchen for this incredible low carb, sugar free, and gluten free recipe! Go here and grab the recipe! I didn’t want to make a huge 9×13 since it’s just for me and my bestie so I used my pie crust recipe then cut the cream cheese filling in half for my 10″ pie pan! I also omitted the nuts because I didn’t have any pecans, but boooyyy was it still incredibly delish! That CARAMEL SAUCE y’all. I’m so excited. I had yet to find a good, flavorful, sugary tasting caramel sauce. This is the one folks! It’s to die for. Thank you Jessica from Simple Healthy Home!

This is no longer a “diet” for me, it’s a way of life. Deprivation has no hold. 🙂
