White Cheese Crockpot Chicken ~ S
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 8oz Cream Cheese (I use ⅓ less fat)
  • ½ Stick Butter (4 TBS)
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • ¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese (either shredded or the powdery kind in the container work great)
  1. Cut off yucky parts of chicken.
  2. Cut into med-small pieces and put in crockpot.
  3. Place rest of ingredients with the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on LOW for at LEAST 7 hours. I like to cook for about 8-10 hours. The longer you cook the softer the chicken will be. If you cook on high, or don't cook long enough, the chicken may be slightly rubbery.
