Peanut Butter Fudge or Frosting ~ S
Serves: 9x9
  • ½ Block Cream Cheese (4oz) I use ⅓ less fat
  • 1 Stick (1/2 Cup) Butter
  • ¼ Cup Truvia, Ground
  • 2 TBS Xylitol, Ground
  • OR
  • 3 TBS + 1 tsp THM Sweet Blend, Ground
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 TBS Protein Plus Peanut Flour
  1. Start out by melting your butter and cream cheese in a small pot. Stir well.
  2. Next grind your sweetener and add to the butter mixture. Then add vanilla, unsweetened almond milk and peanut butter. Mix well. Then stir in the Peanut Plus Protein Powder.
  3. Take off heat and let cool for a few minutes, if adding xylitol. If the mixture is too hot when adding xylitol, the xylitol could harden up.
  4. Grind xylitol, then pour peanut butter mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add xylitol and mix with a handheld mixer until creamy.
  5. Pour into a glass bowl or 8x11 and refrigerate until solid.
