Early to bed, early to rise…

Makes a man healthy, wealthy & wise! Yes but what they don’t tell you, if you’re on the THM Plan… you can also downright chow on breakfast TWICE in a day if you want! One meal right when you wake up (around 6:45am-7am) and again in 3 hours (around 10am)! Alright alright, I know what you all are thinking, I’ll humor the LOTR fans out there *Shire hobbit accent* ”Oooh we get to eat 2nd breakfast on the THM plan! Woohoo!” ::end of accent:: hehe:)

I’m a huuuuge breakfast girl, so I like to have an S breakfast when I first get up, mainly because I’m in love with the smell of bacon and coffee first thing in the morning! Then around 10am (because you guessed it, it’s time to eat again! :D) I’ll have an E breakfast!

Here’s my typical S Breakfast:
– 1 Scrambled egg plus 1 egg white with cream cheese/cheddar cheese cooked in coconut oil
– 1 1/2 pieces turkey bacon
French Toast in a Mug
– 2 Fried eggs
– Cup of coffee with about 1-2 TBS heavy cream/half and half

E Breakfast:
– About 1/4 – 1/2 cup 0% fat greek yogurt with 1/2-3/4 scoop plan approved protein powder, sweetener and unsweetened vanilla almond milk (also known as Just Like Dannon Vanilla Yogurt!)
– Egg White Omelette
– 1 Piece Ezekiel toast with about 1 TBS Polonar jelly
Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal (loooveee eating this for breakfast)
AND/OR 1/2 to 1 chilled Gala Apple
Hot Cup Oolong Sweet Tea
