I love breakfast. It’s my favorite meal. I also love sweets so combining the two makes life extra happy. I saw a “civilian” recipe for this a few weeks ago and decided right then and there that I just haaaad to convert it to THM! It so totally worked. *Happy dance* With every bite, I savor the “cream cheese frosting” taste in the oatmeal. Delish. This past Saturday I cooked up the fun French Toast in a Mug recipe then put the cinnamon roll oatmeal on top. Outa this world.

- (This recipe makes about 1.5 to 2 cups. Enjoy hot or cold!)
Notes
1 Packet of Truvia equals 1 teaspoon. In an "S" setting, I've learned that you should only eat up to ⅛ cup of oats or it will become an "S Helper" if you eat more than this.
ahhh, Jen, I think you’re my new best friend! I should totally be in bed by now, but I saw this first and just *had* to whip it up for the morning! (And I even bought strawberries today thinking I’d make the Strawberries and Cream recipe!)
I was literally giddy when mixing it together, lol, I know…waaay too excited for oatmeal! Just the little smackeral I tried assured me it’s going to be delightful — that cream cheese “swirl” is amazing!
Woohoo!! Isn’t it sooo yum?! Oh my word I get just as excited! haha! Definitely something to party about! So glad you like it!
This looks so good! Do we eat it cold right out of the fridge or do we bake it first?
I like it cold out of the fridge! But you can warm it up as well if you want!
