Cheese Biscuit Dippers

My lil sis came up with the brilliant idea to forget the mess of using a muffin tin and just stick these little guys right onto some parchment paper and bake! Genius sis. Genius. 😀 LOVE the texture and taste! They’re slightly crunchy and pretty thin. When I want to reheat, I just stick one in the toaster and toast like I would a piece of bread. Perfection!!

When you’re baking, don’t fret when they clump together slightly as they flatten out. Just simply use a butter knife and slice it through to separate after they’re done, then use a spatula to lift them off the parchment paper. Or use your hand to devour either way works for me. 🙂

Go here for the recipe and just use a baking sheet and parchment paper instead of muffin tins! Oh and by the way, I never make these anymore withOUT 1 tsp. of Garlic Powder! Soooo good.

Ideas for guud eats:
Simply buy a jar of pizza sauce, heat in the microwave or stovetop and enjoy!

Use as a side with White Cheese Crockpot Chicken or Effortless Crockpot Chicken! Or even as a sandwich bun! You could also make small, mini biscuits and use as an appetizer!!

    Do you bake them at the same temp as muffin version (@ 375) and for how long? Muffins said 20-25 min. Can’t wait to try them!

      Yes, it’s the same recipe as the muffins, just put the dough on parchment paper instead of muffin tins. Ovens may vary but for me it’s 20-25 minutes. Or until golden brown. 🙂

    So I made half recipe with TJ’s almond meal (tried grinding it more first) using only melted butter, plus triple cheddar cheese….baked for 15 min in my toaster oven on parchment (making sure no loose edges touched sides and rotate pan partway) @375——quite tasty! Great flavor and little chewy (cottage curds don’t totally melt as in blender but was fine, may try using blender next time to get super smooth then stir in shredded cheese at end). Yum with veg soup!
